At SESAMOTEX US LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, please note the following return conditions:

  • Returns accepted for 30 days
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • No restocking fee

  • No final sale items

Final Sale Policy

For hygienic and safety reasons, all underwear and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or tried on.
   

Eligible Returns

Only defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items may be returned or exchanged. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at sales@intymen.com


Condition of Returned Items

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or have been removed from protective packaging will not be accepted.


Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or replaced with the correct product, at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
